1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

5. Shipping of Returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
